The second approach
My second approach only have 2 stories. The main gallery is located on the ground level. On the second level, one third is used as a bedroom and a kitchen. I designed to have two entrances which the owner can walk directly into his/her apartment at the back.
Initial idea - insert a courtyard in the middle of the building
